As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will lead large-scale technical initiatives spanning software, cloud infrastructure, networking, and secure systems. You will collaborate with engineering leadership to design, build, and improve systems that ensure customer reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Lead cross-team architecture and implementation, make critical technical decisions, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to platform scalability and reliability. Mentor engineers, support collaborative problem-solving, and communicate technical tradeoffs effectively across teams.
Qualifications & Skills: 8+ years of software engineering experience, proficiency in multiple programming languages, solid understanding of network architecture, hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and familiarity with distributed systems. Experience leading technical projects and creating architecture documentation is essential.
Optional Skills & Bonus Points: Expertise in full-stack development, backend, DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, secure networking, and familiarity with compliance standards or high-growth environments enhance suitability.
