Role Overview

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++. Ensure high-quality, accessible, and responsive software by defining best practices, optimizing performance, and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3+ years in Windows desktop development with strong expertise in Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and native Windows code. Deep understanding of Windows architecture, accessibility APIs, and software engineering fundamentals. Proven leadership in technical design, code reviews, and mentoring.

Preferred Skills

Experience with testing frameworks, performance optimization, localization, telemetry, CI/CD, and long-term feature ownership.
