Data Analyst - BI & Automation

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to join our international team. In this role, you will build and improve reporting processes, dashboards, and analytical tools, working closely with finance, management, operations, and technical teams to ensure business data is accurate, consistent, well-structured, and transformed into useful insights for decision-making.

In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate operational, financial, and management needs into reliable reports, dashboards, data flows, and analytical tools. Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Work with databases, APIs, internal systems, and external data sources.
• Extract, clean, map, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Monitor data connections, data flows, and reporting accuracy.
• Identify data inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and suggest corrections.
• Support finance with reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and performance tracking.
• Create data visualizations using BI tools or custom-built dashboard solutions.
• Automate reporting processes where possible.
• Document data logic, report structures, sources, mappings, and calculations.
• Translate business needs into clear reporting and data requirements.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, BI, or financial analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases.
• Good knowledge of Python for data analysis, including pandas or similar libraries.
• Experience with APIs, data integrations, data mapping, and multiple data sources.
• Ability to design and build custom dashboards or internal reporting tools.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Understanding of data cleaning, validation, transformation, and accuracy checks.
• Experience with financial or business performance data.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, or reporting automation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with finance, management, and technical teams.
• Nice to Have
• Experience with ERP, CRM, accounting, or operational systems.
• Microsoft Power Automate experience.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or Microsoft Copilot.
