$160,000 - $180,000 + 10-20% bonus & RSUs

Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead enterprise IT operations across multiple locations, including corporate offices, operational sites, and remote facilities. This role is responsible for overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, user support, vendor management, and technology initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, expertise in Microsoft technologies and enterprise infrastructure, and a proven ability to support industrial or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations across multiple business locations.
• Ensure reliable delivery of IT services, infrastructure availability, and end-user support.
• Establish and maintain IT operational standards, processes, and service delivery practices.
• Serve as the primary technology partner for business leaders and stakeholders.
