Finance Analyst

Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multi-disciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.

The Role

Veev is in need of a skilled finance analyst to support our organization. This role will support with planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support all Operations functions
• Production, Construction, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Planning, and Inventory Work closely with Operations Planning on delivery schedule and build all headcount and spend forecasts
• Support Supply Chain with inventory planning and supply negotiations
• Help Fabrication, Site Construction, and Logistics identify areas of potential efficiency improvements
• Assess return on CAPEX investment, and determine rent vs. buy of equipment Publish Budget vs. Actual and Operations KPI reporting Collaborate with Accounting team to close monthly financial statements
• Deliver Profitability reports by project
• Other finance and reporting projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.2-5 years of corporate Finance or Investment Banking experience.
• Experience in technology, real estate development, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Detail- oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional experience in analytics and financial modeling; strong Excel skills are required
• Works well in a team environment, and can both take and give direction in working towards a common set of goals
• Compensation
• Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $95,000 - $120,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas.
