Finance Operations Analyst

Here is a wonderful opportunity for a Financial Operations Analyst for our client in Federal domain.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to support daily accounting operations and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have experience processing accounting transactions, performing general ledger reconciliations, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile daily financial transactions, including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit card activity.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and research account discrepancies.
• Record accounting entries in Workday and maintain subsidiary ledgers.
• Support daily settlement processes and month-end accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and documentation requirements.
• Assist with records management and other operational accounting tasks.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or a related field.
• Experience with accounting transaction processing and general ledger reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet daily deadlines.

Prior experience with Federal domain client will be a plus.
