Reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director, the Investment Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Sitting at the heart of the finance function, you'll work on acquisitions, commercial analysis, financial modelling and long-term planning, gaining exposure well beyond a traditional analyst role.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders across the business, providing insight that helps drive growth and create value in a highly acquisitive environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, analytically strong and looking to accelerate their career within a high-performing, PE-backed business. Working closely with the Commercial Finance Director, you'll support a wide range of strategic finance activities including financial modelling, commercial analysis, investment appraisal and acquisition activity.

You'll help evaluate new business opportunities, support due diligence processes, prepare business cases and board presentations, and deliver insightful analysis that influences key commercial decisions.

Alongside investment activity, you'll contribute to budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to understand performance, identify trends and highlight opportunities for improvement. You'll also play a role in developing reporting capabilities, improving financial processes and supporting the successful integration of acquired businesses.

You'll be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and have gained experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Deals Advisory, FP&A or a commercially focused finance role. You'll possess excellent financial modelling skills, advanced Excel capability and a naturally inquisitive mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
