Kyle Bunting is a globally recognized luxury design studio creating custom rugs, wall coverings, and art for many of the world's leading interior designers, architects, and hospitality brands.

Every piece we produce is custom. Every project tells a story. Our marketing should reflect the same level of craftsmanship, originality, and attention to detail as our products.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a creative leader who understands the luxury interior design industry and knows how to tell compelling visual stories.

This role leads the execution, refinement, and creative direction of our marketing content. Rather than creating every asset personally, you'll guide photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators to produce work that reflects the Kyle Bunting brand before it reaches executive review.

Success means reducing revisions—not by lowering standards—but by deeply understanding Kyle's design philosophy, aesthetic expectations, and brand voice.

You should be equally comfortable reviewing a product photoshoot, directing a video edit, refining social media campaigns, or shaping the visual narrative of a new product launch.

ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction

• Lead the creative review process for photography, video, social media, web, and print.
• Ensure every deliverable reflects Kyle Bunting's luxury brand standards.
• Translate executive creative feedback into repeatable creative standards.
• Build systems that improve consistency while maintaining originality.

Brand Stewardship

• Maintain a consistent visual language across every customer touchpoint.
• Protect the integrity of the Kyle Bunting brand.
• Ensure campaigns communicate craftsmanship, artistry, and luxury—not simply products.
• Build brand guidelines that scale with company growth.

Content Leadership

• Direct internal and external photographers, videographers, designers, and freelancers.
• Refine internally produced content before executive review.
• Provide creative feedback that improves quality while reducing unnecessary revisions.
• Guide product launches and storytelling initiatives.

Marketing

• Lead social media strategy and content planning.
• Manage marketing calendars and campaign execution.
• Oversee website content and product launches.
• Coordinate PR opportunities, editorial features, and industry partnerships.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust creative direction accordingly.

QualificationsRequired

• 5+ years leading creative marketing in:
• Luxury Interior Design
• Furniture
• Textiles
• Architectural Products
• Luxury Home Furnishings
• Art & Design
• Exceptional visual taste and creative judgment.
• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated brand storytelling.
• Experience directing photography and video production.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumer expectations.
• Experience managing creative teams or agencies.
