Vice President Marketing

A mission-driven, growth-oriented organization is seeking an experienced Vice President, Marketing & Digital to lead enterprise marketing strategy, accelerate occupancy growth, and elevate a recognized consumer brand.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, agency management, and data-driven marketing initiatives across a multi-site portfolio. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence on the organization's long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise marketing, branding, digital, and demand generation strategies.
• Drive occupancy growth through measurable lead generation, CRM optimization, pricing strategy, and market insights.
• Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, social, PR, and community channels.
• Develop a high-performing marketing organization while partnering closely with sales, operations, and executive leadership.
• Manage agency relationships, marketing investments, and performance metrics with a strong focus on ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within a complex consumer services environment.
• Proven success leading brand transformation, digital marketing, CRM strategy, and lead generation.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, agency partners, and marketing technology platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Strong executive presence with the ability to translate data and market insights into growth strategies.
