Marketing Director

Marketing DirectorWe're looking for an experienced, creative, and execution-focused Marketing Director to grow the Dicey Golf brand. This is not a remote strategy role. You'll work alongside our founder every day creating campaigns, planning launches, coordinating events, working with influencers, and helping shape one of the fastest-growing brands in golf.

You'll have the freedom to build systems while also getting your hands dirty.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid advertising (Must be highly skilled in Meta, IG and Google SEO paid marketing)
• Lead the overall marketing strategy
• Own product launches Manage email marketing Manage SMS marketingRun affiliate programDirect content strategy
• Organize golf tournaments and live events
• Manage social media calendars
• Analyze campaign performance

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years in marketing
• Experience building consumer brands
• Experience with apparel or lifestyle brands
• Excellent project management
• Strong copywriting
• Experience managing creative teams
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Lives in Arizona or willing to relocate
• Highly organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Shopify experience
• Klaviyo
• Meta Ads
• Google AdsTikTok Shop
• Golf industry experience (not required)
