Position Overview

We are seeking Social Media Marketers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative social media campaigns tailored to business objectives.
• Manage and grow company and client social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and others). Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and ads.
• Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community relationships.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to grow and manage social media communities and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of each platform’s algorithms, trends, and content strategies.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.
