About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full, end-to-end business ownership of Sygnum’s core digital platforms — our website and our marketing CRM — and to lead how we use AI to scale, optimise and continually improve them.

Sitting within the Marketing and Communications team in Zurich, you will own the systems that power our client journeys and acquisition, working closely with technology, operations, legal and executive leadership to deliver high-quality, data-driven digital experiences. AI-first AI-native candidates preferred. At a minimum, you must have hands-on experience using a range of AI tools in your daily work.

Candidates who can clearly demonstrate practical, results-driven use of AI will be prioritised.

In this role you will be expected to

• Use AI platforms for research, drafting, analysis, reporting and everyday productivity
• Apply AI to enhance our CMS and CRM platforms — for content generation, SEO and generative-engine optimisation (GEO), metadata, image tagging, translation and brand-consistency checks
• Design and run agentic AI workflows that automate repetitive tasks across content production, publishing, audience segmentation and reporting
• Use AI to interrogate performance data, surface insight and produce clear, decision-ready reporting
• Continually evaluate emerging AI tools and embed the best of them into our digital operations to scale reach, quality and efficiency

Key responsibilities

• Digital Platforms
• Website You will have full, end-to-end business ownership of the Sygnum website:
• Manage day-to-day content updates, page builds and publishing across our CMS, ensuring accuracy, quality and brand consistency
• Design, build and optimise client journeys, leverage the CRM to manage lead nurturing andgenerate onboarding demand
• Leverage AI technologies to expand, enhance and scale next-generation web architecture
• Own feature development and the website roadmap — scoping requirements and coordinating delivery with technology teams and external partners
• Drive continual performance optimisation across site speed, UX, conversion, SEO/GEO and accessibility
• Own analytics, dashboards and regular reporting on traffic, engagement and conversion, turning data into clear recommendations
• Knowledge of website security protocols, cyber risk and Content Distribution Networks (CDNs)
• Work with the website product Manager, UX team and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless client experience and project delivery

• Marketing CRM & Email You will own our marketing CRM and email programme end-to-end:
• Draft, format and manage email campaigns and automated user journeys from concept to delivery
• Take a holistic view of the client journey — from email through to website landing pages and into the sales funnel — ensuring CRM and website are fully integrated
• Build, segment and maintain audiences while upholding the highest standards of data security, privacy and compliance
• Use AI tools to continually optimise performance — personalisation, send-time optimisation, subject-line and content testing — and to expand reach
• Track, analyse and report on deliverability, engagement and conversion across the funnel
• Work with the CRM Product Manager, data and analytics team and other internal stakeholdersto continually enhance the CRM’s feature set, usability and performance
• Integrated marketing & communications Highly valued is the ability to support broader, integrated communications, including:
• Physical events, webinars and livestreams, social media (paid and organic), digital advertising
• General marketing activities and the ability to support, pick up and deliver a diverse range of projects across the team
• Our ideal candidate Hands-on experience using a range of AI tools in daily work
• AI-native strongly preferred
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience owning and managing a multi-site corporate website, website Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM/email marketing platform end-to-end in similar roles (essential)
• Highly structured, well-organised and methodical, with the ability to plan, prioritise and work in a disciplined way
• Strong analytical skills, experienced at reporting and making data driven decisions
• Excellent project management skills: able to organise, structure, plan and communicate complex projects, and deliver them on time and to a high standard
• High level stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across technology, operations, legal and executive leadership
• Experience working in a regulated financial environment — banks, financial institutions or fintechs — highly valued
• Open, energetic and team-oriented high performer, eager to contribute in a high-growth environment
• Fluent in English;
