You will help build a best-in-class HR function by combining talent acquisition expertise with strategic HR business partnership.

The Role

In this hybrid role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to our HR (People) and Workplace Services teams, guiding talent management, performance, career development, and employee relations while simultaneously driving full-cycle recruitment strategy. You will be an individual contributor supporting the function across the US.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure both Talent Acquisition and HR strategies are fully aligned with the business's rapid growth.

2. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process (intake, sourcing, screening, offer management) to attract diverse and ambitious talent for HR and Workplace Services roles. Provide a high-touch experience for candidates from application to offer and subsequent onboarding.

3. Talent Management & Development: Guide talent management, performance reviews, career development paths, and workforce planning for the supported functions.

4. Employee Relations: Proactively address specific ER issues or employee conflict issues with professional expertise and sound management judgment.

5. Organizational Culture: Assist in team building and promote company culture, ensuring a healthy team atmosphere that supports rapid business development.

6. Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to deliver recruitment reports, market insights, and talent trends to influence better hiring and management practices.

7. Project Management: Lead or participate in company-level Organizational Effectiveness (OE) and/or Organizational Culture (OC) projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. 5+ years of professional HR experience, with a proven track record in HR Business Partnering and related experience in Talent Acquisition (full-cycle recruiting).

2. Expertise in managing the end-to-end interview process and closing complex equity offers.

3. Deep understanding of HR modules: recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent development, organizational effectiveness.

4. Uncompromising integrity with a proven track record of maintaining strict confidentiality, serving as a trusted advisor capable of managing highly sensitive organizational and employee information.

5. Bachelor's degree or above.

1. Experience working with multi-cultural teams and scaling global, matrixed organizations.

2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with senior leaders.

3. Self-motivated, resilient, and creative, with a strong growth mindset and learning agility.

Job Information

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118560 - $216600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.

Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
