Now, we’re looking for the next generation of top producers to scale with us. Selected candidates will be driven, coachable professionals who possess the business acumen to navigate the corporate world, but are hungry to learn a proven, master-level approach to full-desk recruiting.

What You’ll DoMaster the Craft: Dive into our elite, hands-on training program covering everything from advanced sourcing strategies to master-level client negotiation.

Build a Business Within a Business: Own the full recruitment lifecycle—identifying top talent, quarterbacking interview processes, and building lasting relationships with corporate clients.

Drive Activity: This is a high-velocity, phone-heavy role. Success here means maintaining a high outbound volume (75–100 impactful connections a day) to build your pipeline.

Change Lives: Act as a trusted advisor, helping candidates put their best foot forward and helping companies land game-changing talent.

What We Look ForExperience: 3 to 5 years of fast-paced, phone-adjacent sales experience (Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar).

The Sweet Spot: You understand the corporate world and professional communication, but you’re agile, open to mentorship, and ready to adopt a new, highly lucrative methodology.

Value of Presence: You appreciate the energy, fast learning curves, and spontaneous collaboration that only happens when a team works together in the office.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
