Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing organization within the environmental services sector. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract high-quality talent across a variety of positions.

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment pipelines, and supporting employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent acquisition efforts.

This position is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven experience sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple recruitment channels
• Ability to recruit successfully in competitive talent markets
• Experience managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
• Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is an asset
