What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production, scheduling, and customer commitments are consistently achieved.

Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, and Quality to improve communication and execution across the business.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, efficiency, lead times, inventory, and operational performance.

Develop KPIs and operational metrics to improve visibility and support data-driven decision making.

Build accountability throughout the organization by coaching leaders and strengthening operational processes.

Evaluate production flow, capacity planning, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.

Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal leadership to ensure operational excellence and on-time delivery.

Support strategic planning, capital investments, staffing initiatives, and long-term business growth.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO on operational priorities and organizational improvements.

What We're Looking For

Leadership experience managing manufacturing operations within a precision machining, CNC machining, aerospace, defense, or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production, scheduling, supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable business results.
