Remote Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Role: Revenue Operations (RevOps) specialist responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing the revenue architecture across multiple go-to-market (GTM) motions, including SMB, mid-market, clinician engagement, and enterprise life sciences.

Responsibilities

Manage and administer key systems such as HubSpot, ChiliPiper, Gong, and others, ensuring data integrity and seamless integrations. Build AI-native workflows for data enrichment, lead routing, and automation to reduce manual work. Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and finance, support attribution and forecasting, and architect outbound campaign infrastructure.

Ensure smooth pipeline handoffs and scalable GTM processes.

Qualifications & Skills: 5–8 years in SaaS revenue or sales operations, hands-on CRM expertise, experience with multiple GTM strategies, strong technical skills in automation and data architecture, and familiarity with AI tools. Excellent cross-functional communication and experience in scaling early-stage startups are preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant systems is a plus.
