As the Planning Manager at Pacific Rubber, you will own the demand-to-execution cycle; serving as the central point of alignment between incoming demand, floor capacity, and material supply.
As we scale, we're formalizing Planning into a dedicated, centralized function — and this role will take a production release process that is currently distributed across the organization and shape it into a fully functioning Planning department. You'll define the processes, tools, team structure, and planning cadence that determine how every order flows through our operation.
This is a role for an experienced planning leader ready to own that transformation end to end.
This is a highly cross-functional, senior role based in San Carlos, partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality, and Finance. The Planning Manager will lead a team of up to three direct reports spanning Production, Demand, and Supply Planning, with eventual oversight and collaboration across Oregon and Malaysia operations.
