What You'll Do

• Lead global depot, warehouse, and supply chain operations
• Drive inventory optimization, spare parts planning, and reverse logistics
• Champion operational excellence through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead WMS adoption and process standardization
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, inventory accuracy, and repair turnaround times
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing global teams

What We're Looking For

• 12–15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Depot Operations, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Reverse Logistics5+ years leading global or multi-site operations
• Strong expertise in inventory management, warehouse operations, WMS, SAP/ERP, and reporting tools
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and people management skills
• Experience in IT Services, Managed Services, or Technology Hardware is a strong advantage
