CB Solutions is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Account Manager to help expand our business and build lasting customer relationships throughout Central Texas.

We provide temporary power, generator rentals, generator sales, preventive maintenance, instrumentation, and industrial service solutions to commercial, industrial, Oil & Gas, municipal, water/wastewater, construction, and data center customers.

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for growing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, industrial, municipal, construction, and data center customers.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, customer visits, and industry events.
• Identify opportunities for:

Generator Rentals

Generator Sales

Temporary Power Solutions

Generator Preventive Maintenance

Fuel Services

Load Bank Testing

Instrumentation Services

• Conduct site visits and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, rental agreements, and sales contracts.
• Work closely with operations, service, and procurement teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that leads to long-term partnerships.

• Grow rental and equipment sales revenue.
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and responsiveness.
• Identify additional service opportunities that provide value to customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
• Become a trusted advisor for temporary power and power generation solutions.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

Preferred

Experience selling any of the following

• Power generation equipment
• Generator rentals
• Industrial equipment
• Construction equipment
• Water & wastewater equipment
• Electrical or mechanical products
• Instrumentation and controls

Experience with CRM systems and proposal preparation is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000–$70,000
• Uncapped Commission
• Medical Insurance
