We're looking for...

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in both bar and coffee service, alongside a passion for exceptional customer experiences and team leadership in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

The successful candidate will have experience managing busy bar operations and café-style service, including knowledge of coffee preparation, drinks service, stock and cellar management, and leading front-of-house teams during high-volume performances and events.

They will play a key role in delivering welcoming, efficient, and high-quality hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Bar Manager - The Role

• Lead the delivery of cocktails, beverages and coffee.
• Lead from the front in a small team.
• Collaborate with the venue team to ensure great drink delivery, fantastic guest journey and special moments.
