Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of customer-facing digital platforms. This role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle across web and mobile experiences, helping create seamless customer journeys for service booking, memberships, and engagement.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading customer-facing digital products and digital transformation initiatives. Experience delivering mobile applications (iOS and Android) is highly preferred, but candidates with strong digital product leadership across web, customer platforms, or enterprise digital experiences are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for customer digital platforms.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products across web and mobile channels.
• Define product vision, prioritize features, manage roadmaps, epics, user stories, and product backlogs.
• Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Marketing, Operations, and Business leaders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Drive customer-facing capabilities including service booking, memberships, customer profiles, scheduling, and personalized experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support mobile application releases across iOS and Android platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration across APIs, customer data platforms, scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Analyze customer behavior, product analytics, and feedback to continuously improve engagement, adoption, and conversion.
• Lead AI-driven digital initiatives, including intelligent scheduling, conversational experiences, and personalized recommendations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Proven experience owning digital products from concept through launch and continuous enhancement.
• Experience delivering web, mobile, or omnichannel digital experiences.
• Experience with iOS and Android applications is highly preferred.
• Experience with customer portals, booking platforms, membership platforms, digital commerce, or similar customer-facing applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, customer data flows, and modern system architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, managing roadmaps, backlogs, epics, and user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching native mobile applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Experience in home services, marketplace, franchise, retail, hospitality, or consumer digital businesses.
• Experience with AI-enabled customer engagement, CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), or personalization platforms.
