What you'll be doing

You'll work as part of an engineering team, contributing to products that help healthcare organisations deliver better patient care.

Depending on your team, you could be involved in:

• Designing, building and testing software features
• Writing clean, maintainable code
• Debugging and solving technical problems
• Developing APIs and backend services
• Working with cloud technologies and modern development tools
• Collaborating with product managers, designers and engineers
• Participating in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
• Throughout the internship you'll receive regular feedback, coaching and opportunities to expand your technical skills while gaining valuable commercial software development experience.

Your backgroundYou'll be currently studying towards a degree in:

Technical skills

• You'll have some experience with Java through your university studies, personal projects, hackathons or previous internships.

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

JavaScript or TypeScriptReact or AngularHTML/CSSSQL and databasesGitREST APIsAWS or AzureLinux or Bash scriptingDon't worry if you haven't used all of these - we're interested in your potential and willingness to learn.
