Job Summary

PowerLender is seeking a full-cycle Account Executive to drive new-name sales to banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, and housing finance agencies. This role owns the entire sales process from prospecting to signed agreement, shapes go-to-market strategy alongside the CEO and product leadership, and leverages AI tools for prospecting without relying on SDR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Prospect, discover, demonstrate, propose, negotiate, and close new business within assigned territory.
• Pipeline Generation & AI Leverage: Build and maintain pipeline using AI/automation tools for account research, targeting, and personalized outreach.
• Consultative Selling: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex buying cycles.
• Market Presence: Represent PowerLender at industry events and coordinate conference logistics.

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven full-cycle enterprise sales experience meeting new-business targets
• SaaS or financial-services software sales to banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, or HFAs
• Demonstrated use of AI and automation tools for prospecting
• CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred)
• Strong discovery and presentation skills
• Self-directed in a lean, fast-paced environment

• Loan origination system (LOS) domain experience
• Lending regulations knowledge (TRID, HMDA, fair lending)
• Competitive RFP management experience
• MISMO, UCD, ULDD data standards familiarity
