We're partnering with a highly respected national staffing organization seeking an experienced producer to help drive the continued growth of its Austin office. The team has a solid foundation in place and is looking for someone who can make an immediate impact through business development, client relationships, and consultative sales.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business development and expand existing client relationships within the HR and administrative staffing market.
• Develop long-term, consultative partnerships with clients through a relationship-first sales approach.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through account growth.
• Depending on experience and interest, either:
• Remain a high-performing individual contributor, or
• Step into a player/coach leadership role focused on developing and mentoring a growing sales team.

Ideal Background

• Proven success in staffing agency business development.
• Experience within administrative and/or HR staffing (approximately 25% or more of your staffing background should be in this space).
• Strong track record of generating new business and building lasting client relationships.
• Leadership experience is welcomed but not required.
• Interested in a collaborative, team-oriented environment where success is measured by relationships and long-term partnerships—not simply price.
