Key Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts.

Understand customers’ business needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.

Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Fresh graduates and candidates with little or no sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Passionate about meeting people and building lasting relationships.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.

Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.

Willing to travel for customer visits.
