Job Title: Manager of Influencer Marketing

We’re seeking an organized and motivated Manager of Influencer Marketing with at least 3 years of previous full time experience to support our in-house PR and influencer team. As the Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will work closely with our PR Director and VP of PR, assisting with new launch strategy, leading influencer campaigns, event strategy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Project and timeline management for influencer events, mailers, and new launch assets
• Execute influencer mailings and seedings
• Handle product sendouts to influencers, makeup artists and VIP (via messenger and UPS).
• Identify and outreach to potential influencer partners for the brand
• Manage master lists with new contact information of influencers, editors, makeup artists, etc.
• Conduct competitive research on influencer mailers, activations & events.
• Management of department interns and PR coordinator, helping maintain PR closet and replenishments
• Help concept and execute influencer events, ensuring top tier RSVPs are in attendance
• Assist with PR events as needed

Requirements/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
• Remote-NYC based
• Must be available to come into the office as needed
• Minimum 3 years working in a similar role at a beauty company.
• Paid influencer campaign experience is a must
• Passionate about the beauty industry, content creators and always on top of trends
• Proactive, flexible, organized and hardworking
• Mastery with CreatorIQ and analyzing data
• Salary $90,000-$100,000
