What you'll do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimise digital marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing data to improve results.
• Collaborate with content, design, sales, and technology teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Manage marketing workflows, project timelines, and campaign schedules.
• Oversee website content updates and support SEO and conversion optimisation initiatives.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare marketing performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Support the implementation of marketing automation and digital marketing tools.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related field.
• Leadership or project coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.

Pay: £4,900.00-£7,100.00 per month
