Remote Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams.

Your key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define success profiles, sourcing high-quality candidates through innovative outreach, and creating outstanding candidate experiences. You will evaluate technical talent beyond resumes, improve recruiting systems and processes, and contribute to workforce planning.

Success involves consistently identifying exceptional builders, earning trust with hiring managers, and refining hiring strategies to scale efficiently while maintaining quality.

Qualifications include demonstrated success recruiting technical roles in startup or tech environments, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to assess candidates beyond keywords. Excellent communication, operational rigor, curiosity about technology, and ownership are essential.
