The Role

We are urgently seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to join us as a founding team member and serve as the operational backbone of our expert data programs. This is not a role where you inherit an existing playbook; you will write it. You will shape the foundations of how we run programs, hit tight deadlines, and deliver for clients as we scale.

By managing our day-to-day operations, you will protect our scientists’ time so they can focus on the science. For high performers, this role offers a clear growth path toward an executive operations or Chief of Staff role.

What You’ll DoDig into the details: Take a hands-on approach to operation-heavy tasks and logistics.

Own timelines end-to-end: Plan, track, and ensure delivery deadlines are met.

Build foundations: Manage and optimise our operational tracking systems, workflows, and documentation.

Coordinate globally: Act as the central hub between founders, program leads, and clients, ensuring everyone is unblocked and risks are flagged before they become fires.

Who You Are

• Educated & Experienced: You hold a Bachelor's degree (Business and Operations majors are highly welcome). A background in life sciences is a big plus.
• Proven Operator: Prior experience in consulting, banking, program management, or startup operations is highly desirable.
• Extreme Owner: You are highly organised, responsive, and close loops without being asked.
• Startup Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive under tight deadlines, and possess a "get things done" attitude.
