Remote Procurement Operations Manager

We are seeking a Manager, Procurement Operations, Enablement and Analytics to lead procurement processes, vendor management, and sourcing enablement within a fast-growing fintech environment.

This role involves owning end-to-end procurement activities in Coupa, developing vendor assessment structures, and maturing analytics functions to support strategic sourcing. Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, maintaining procurement data integrity, creating reports and dashboards, and leading tech development efforts involving Coupa and Oracle.

The manager will mentor a direct report, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify automation opportunities, including AI-focused improvements.

Qualifications include 4-7 years of procurement operations experience, proficiency with P2P platforms, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with RFP processes, strategic sourcing, and platform migrations is preferred. The role requires a detail-oriented, process-driven approach and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
