Regional Sales Manager (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving sales of data solutions in IT and Security sectors. This remote role requires developing business plans, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and articulating our value proposition across organizational levels, from technical teams to executives.

The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, forecast accurately, and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to surpass sales targets
• Manage the full sales ecosystem, from lead generation to closing
• Communicate value propositions effectively across all organizational levels
• Forecast sales activity and meet or exceed quotas
• Build and maintain customer relationships with a customer-centric approach

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience
• Experience with SIEM, Observability, or IT solutions targeting CISO/CIO personas
• Proven success in acquiring new logos and managing complex sales processes
• Experience with channel sales and demand creation in unbudgeted solutions
• Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology and entrepreneurial background preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $155,000 USD, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, paid time off, 401(k), equity, and incentive plans.
