Job Summary

Niche software and services company is seeking an inside sales manager to run day-to-day sales operations for an established team of reps. Team is established and has many tenured reps. Candidates must have a current proven track record in sales leadership driving quota achievment and ability to motivate teams and bring new ideas to the organization.

Candidate must be commutable to office in Montgomery county, MD as the role is hybrid (3 days in office after initial training period of every day in office). They offer a base salary of $100K with and OTE of $200K – $225K in the first year. Industry leader with full benefits and great culture!
