Sales Manager-Group

Summary

Hyatt Regency DFW is seeking an experienced and results-driven Group Sales Manager to join our high-performing Sales team. Located at Terminal C of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Hyatt Regency DFW is one of the largest hotel and meeting destinations in North Texas, featuring 811 guestrooms and more than 112,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space.

This position is on-property, with preference given to candidates with previous full-service Hotel sales experience.

About the Role

The Group Sales Manager is responsible for proactively generating and converting group business while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role focuses on selling large-scale meetings and events, into our hotel located at Terminal C of DFW Airport.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, developing new business opportunities, and cultivating long-term customer relationships. Success in this role requires strong prospecting skills, strategic business development experience, and proficiency with industry sales tools such as Knowland and other lead-generation platforms.

This position offers the opportunity to represent a premier convention hotel in a highly desirable airport location while managing a robust sales pipeline and driving meaningful revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Qualifications
• Previous hotel sales experience required; full-service hotel experience strongly preferred
• Hyatt sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in proactive sales, business development, and account management
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Experience managing large group bookings and complex client relationships
• Proficiency with industry sales platforms and prospecting tools, including Knowland
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote, hybrid, or on-property environment
