Job Title: Project Manager – Lithium Battery Automation Equipment

Salary Range

$90,000 – $150,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus

We are expanding our U.S. operations and seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our projects in North America.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of lithium battery automation equipment projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional project teams, control project schedules and budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams (engineering, procurement, commissioning, and quality) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones; ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor and control project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, and subcontractors; ensure clear and effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the headquarters in China for technical support, resource allocation, and project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. safety regulations, industry standards, and company quality policies.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in automation equipment, preferably in the lithium battery, new energy, or related manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex industrial automation projects from design through commissioning.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (bilingual required).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent) and ERP systems.
• Ability to travel as needed within the U.S. and occasionally to China.

Requirements

• Must be a Chinese national holding a valid U.S. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area.
