LevelUp Finance is a rapid-deployment finance, data, and AI consulting firm. LevelUp transforms the operational and financial reporting for the portfolio companies of leading private equity firms, which enables enterprise AI at scale.

LevelUp Finance is part of Array Corporation, which provides workforce and labor optimization solutions, including staffing services and recruiting, HR and operations software, also known as Array HQ, for labor-intensive industries.

Together, LevelUp and Array offer a combined solution: the data and reporting infrastructure to see the business clearly, and the workforce solutions to improve labor productivity and margin.

This role carries a primary quota for LevelUp Finance's consulting and data services, selling into CFOs, FP&A leaders, controllers, and private equity operating partners focused on the essential economy.

The same rep is also equipped to identify and sell Array's workforce and labor optimization solutions where the prospect or client operates in a labor-intensive industry, whether as a standalone Array opportunity or as a combined LevelUp plus Array offering.

You will own the full sales cycle for LevelUp Finance opportunities, from outbound prospecting through close, while also learning to recognize and qualify Array-fit opportunities within your pipeline and existing client base. This is not two separate jobs. It is one commercial motion with two products, and the ability to position both credibly is what makes this role valuable to the firm.

Key Responsibilities

LevelUp Finance (primary focus)

• Build and manage a pipeline of essential economy companies, targeting CFOs, FP&A leaders, controllers, and operators.
• Run discovery calls that surface reporting gaps and data infrastructure problems, with a focus on labor-related pain points where LevelUp and Array can drive transparency and improved workforce outcomes.
• Coordinate with LevelUp delivery leadership to scope engagements, build proposals, and support statement of work development.
• Own outreach to private equity operating partners and portfolio support teams as a channel for repeatable, multi-portfolio-company engagements.
• Track and report pipeline, forecast, and closed business against quota.

Array Workforce Solutions (secondary focus)

• Recognize labor-intensive operating models within your LevelUp pipeline and existing accounts where Array's staffing or HR and recruiting software would add value
• Introduce Array's workforce and labor optimization solutions to COOs, VPs of Operations, and HR or talent leaders
• Partner with Array's solutions team to scope staffing or software engagements once a client is qualified
• Support combined LevelUp plus Array pitches for PE sponsors evaluating both data infrastructure and workforce productivity improvements across a portfolio company
