The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing Creative & Operations to lead a significant transformation within its marketing organization. This role is pivotal in redefining the role of creative from a production function to a strategic business driver, and the VP will be responsible for connecting creative strategy with business priorities, marketing channels, customer experience, and measurable business outcomes.Key responsibilities for the VP include leading an established organization that spans brand, creative, content strategy, and creative operations, and developing a long-term vision for how creative supports business growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and brand differentiation.

The role also involves guiding senior leaders, driving organizational transformation, and establishing measurement frameworks that link creative effectiveness to marketing and business performance. The ideal candidate will have executive-level marketing leadership experience, a strong executive presence, and a demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership.

Experience in leading large teams, partnering across multiple business functions, and leveraging AI and modern marketing technology is essential.
