SnowDay Media is a creator management agency specializing in the gaming and creator economy. We partner with creators to help them build sustainable businesses through brand partnerships, sponsorships, merchandise, licensing opportunities, and long-term commercial strategy.

Our creators have partnered with brands including Spotify, Raycon, NordVPN, Factor, and many others, while reaching millions of viewers across YouTube, Twitch, and other digital platforms.

As we continue expanding our roster and brand network, we're looking for two experienced Brand Partnerships Managers to help lead our sponsorship efforts and build long-term relationships with brands and agencies.

About the Role

This is a fully remote Independent Contractor position.

As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you'll own the process of developing sponsorship opportunities for SnowDay's creator roster. You'll identify prospective partners, nurture relationships with agencies and brands, negotiate commercial terms, price creator campaigns, and work closely with creators and our internal team to deliver successful partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the creator economy and enjoys building long-term business relationships.

We're looking for professionals who want to become a meaningful part of SnowDay's growth—not someone looking for a temporary side project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and influencer marketing platforms
• Identify sponsorship opportunities for SnowDay creators
• Pitch creators to brands and agencies based on campaign objectives
• Negotiate campaign pricing, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms
• Advise on creator pricing using campaign goals, market conditions, and industry benchmarks
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective partnerships using our CRM
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective partners and existing relationships
• Collaborate closely with SnowDay leadership and Creator Managers throughout campaign execution
• Stay informed on sponsorship trends, creator pricing, platform updates, and industry best practices
• Contribute ideas that strengthen SnowDay's brand partnerships strategy and network

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following
• Brand Partnerships
• Influencer Marketing
• Sponsorship Sales
• Talent Management
• Business Development
• Agency Partnerships
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and the creator economy.
• Experience negotiating 4–5 figure sponsorship campaigns or comparable commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Passionate about helping creators grow their businesses.

Compensation

This is an Independent Contractor position with performance-based compensation.

You'll earn commission on every sponsorship opportunity that you originate and successfully close.
