Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Strategy Specialist to join our UK team. As an E-Commerce Strategy Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to devise and implement effective e-commerce sales and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing budgets, as well as creating engaging and persuasive content to drive online sales.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing techniques, and possess excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to maximize business growth and have a proven track record in e-commerce strategy development, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to drive online revenue and brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website design, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
- Analyze and leverage data to identify opportunities for process improvement, content optimization, and enhanced customer engagement.
- Create and manage budgets for e-commerce marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Develop and implement persuasive and engaging content strategies across various digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and evolving technologies to drive continuous improvement in e-commerce strategies.
What You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least X years in e-commerce strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing techniques, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for the pet sector and a deep understanding of the consumer-tech industry.
