What You'll Do

Build Lasting Relationships

Develop trusted relationships with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, administrative professionals, and law firms throughout the Pacific Northwest. Take the time to understand each candidate's career goals and each client's culture, expectations, and hiring needs to create exceptional long-term matches.

Recruit Outstanding Talent

Proactively identify, attract, and engage top-tier legal professionals for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities. Conduct thoughtful interviews, evaluate qualifications, and present candidates who meet the high standards our clients have come to expect.

Guide Candidates Through Their Career Journey

Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process by coaching candidates, setting realistic expectations, facilitating interviews, coordinating offers, and helping individuals navigate important career decisions with confidence.

Partner with Clients

Collaborate closely with law firms and legal departments to understand their staffing needs and deliver responsive, strategic recruiting solutions that consistently exceed expectations.

Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle

Take ownership of the recruiting process from sourcing and interviewing through presentations, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation

Competitive base salary plus a transparent, performance-based incentive structure. Expected first-year total compensation ranges from $72,000 to $100,000+, depending on experience and individual production. Our incentive plan has no cap, allowing high-performing recruiters to directly benefit from the relationships they build and the results they deliver.
