About Us

We are a growing, fast-paced agency built on empathy, human connection, and high standards of service. We have built a strong foundation, and are now looking for a masterful, highly organized Operations Manager / Second-in-Command to take the reins of day-to-day execution, protect our standards, and lead our team to the next level.

The Role

As the Second-in-Command, you will run the engine of the agency. You are the bridge between the owner’s vision and our daily execution. You aren't here to just maintain the status quo; you are here to build processes, manage team dynamics, and confidently hold boundaries.

This role is not for a passive coordinator. We need a strong, emotionally intelligent leader who is entirely comfortable having tough conversations, enforcing accountability, and managing both internal staff and external resources.

What You’ll Do:

Own Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee workflow optimization, and logistical problem-solving to ensure maximum efficiency.

Be the Shield: Act as the first line of defense for the agency’s standards. Manage staff vendor/caregiver relationships, and swiftly resolve operational bottlenecks before they reach the owner.

Drive Accountability: Lead, mentor, and manage the internal team. Hold individuals accountable to performance metrics and professional standards with clarity and fairness.

Talent & Hiring: Own the process for new talent, ensuring we hire for high capability, reliability, and cultural alignment.

Translate Vision to Action: Partner closely with the owner to turn high-level strategic goals into actionable, documented team processes.

Who You Are

• An Experienced Operator: You have 3+ years of experience managing operations, ideally within a fast-paced service environment.
• Comfortable with Conflict: You don't shrink away from difficult conversations.
• You know how to deliver constructive feedback, enforce company policies, and handle pushback calmly, professionally, and firmly.A High-Level Thinker: You look past surface-level explanations to find the root cause of a problem.
• You manage by business metrics and standards, not just by "personality."Process-Driven: You love order, documentation, and creating systems that allow a business to scale smoothly.
