As the Operations Lead, you will build the foundational systems required to scale a pioneer in synthetic fuel production. You'll own critical workflows across manufacturing, legal, and hiring, ensuring Rivan Industries maintains elite execution as it expands its 50,000 sq ft facility. This is a high-intensity role for a technically-minded operator ready to drive real-world decarbonisation.

What You Will Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and architectural workflows of a new 50,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in London.
• Own the legal function, managing commercial contracts, supplier agreements, and compliance while coordinating with external counsel.
• Build cross-company automations to integrate engineering, manufacturing, and finance functions into a seamless execution engine.
