We’re looking for a Full or Part-Time Sales & Styling Manager to elevate the client experience at our boutique through personalized styling, strong leadership, and a love for trend-driven retail.

About the Role

As our Sales & Styling Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the boutique—responsible for driving sales through expert outfitting, building lasting relationships with clients, and leading your team by example. You’ll coach associates on current trends, styling techniques, and client service standards to ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and retain a strong clientele through personalized styling, outreach, and follow-up
• Drive daily and weekly sales goals through strategic outfitting and product storytelling
• Lead by example in delivering an elevated client experience at every touchpoint
• Coach, develop, and inspire your team on styling trends, selling techniques, and brand voice
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising, events, and in-store marketing efforts
