About Us

Retail Display Masters L.L.C-FZ is a Dubai-based company delivering retail installation, project management, engineering surveys, merchandising and maintenance services across Europe and the Middle East.

We work with international clients and manage cross-border operations involving multiple currencies, international subcontractors and high-value commercial projects.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the full accounting cycle for the UAE company.

● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

● Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations.

● Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with IFRS.

● Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

● Reconcile bank accounts and multi-currency transactions (AED, EUR and GBP).

● Prepare management reports, cash flow forecasts and financial analysis.

● Coordinate annual audits and work with external auditors.

● Liaise with banks, tax authorities and government entities.

● Support budgeting and financial planning.

● Review and improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures.

● Monitor project profitability and cost allocation.

● Prepare payroll information and coordinate with HR where required.

● Support management with financial decision-making.

Skills

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

● Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CMA is highly preferred.

● Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.

● Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT legislation.

● Experience with Free Zone companies.

● Excellent knowledge of IFRS.

● Experience managing international transactions.

● Advanced Excel skills.

● Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP or similar).

● Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● High attention to detail and integrity.

Preferred Experience

● Experience with companies providing international services.

● Experience working with European clients and subcontractors.

● Experience in project accounting.

● Knowledge of transfer pricing is an advantage.

● Experience managing multi-company structures is a plus.
