Accountant (Part Time)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accountant to join our team on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with UAE accounting practices, VAT filing, and Corporate Tax compliance. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently and ensure accurate financial records and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns in compliance with FTA regulations.
• Assist with Corporate Tax compliance, calculations, and filings.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Experience with bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have your own visa
