Accounts Assistant - Dubai

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Maintain complete employee records, including salary details, attendance, overtime, leave records, and other payroll-related documentation.

Coordinate with management regarding payroll adjustments, deductions, reimbursements, and employee-related payroll matters.

Ensure compliance with UAE payroll and labor regulations.

Assist in maintaining daily accounting records, including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable and receivable.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis to support management decision-making.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, HR, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or HR administration.

Experience in UAE payroll processing is preferred.

Strong payroll management, financial reporting, and analytical skills.

Knowledge of accounting software / ERP systems and MS Excel.
