Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Are you an FP&A professional who wants deep, hands on ownership of group consolidation rather than a seat further back in the reporting chain?A fast scaling, multi entity fintech group operating a digital exchange for private market investments is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to sit directly under the CFO. The group has been through rapid change recently, including a public listing and a significant acquisition, and this role is where the real financial complexity of that growth gets executed, not just modeled from a distance.

You would own the models, KPI scorecards, and management reporting that go straight to the CFO, working across entity level data that spans multiple jurisdictions.

This is not a people management role and there is no path here built around managing a team. It is an individual contributor position for someone who wants broad, hands on exposure to a genuinely complex multi entity structure rather than a management track.

It is also not a budget modeling role in isolation, the position requires real, working level experience with statutory financial statements, since you will be consolidating and reconciling data across entities, not just building forecasts in Excel.

What you'll be doing

• Building and maintaining the group's budgeting and rolling forecast models across business segments
• Owning KPI scorecards and management reporting as a direct deliverable to the CFOExecuting group and pro forma consolidation across all entities, including recently acquired and pending acquisitions
• Reconciling entity level data to group level reporting
• Supporting financial due diligence and modeling for M&A transactions and capital markets activity
• Preparing ad hoc financial analysis to support investment and business decisions
• What we need:
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience, with genuine hands on exposure to statutory financial statements, not only management reporting
• Working level experience with both HGB and IFRS financial statements in an international or group context, including practical experience consolidating and reconciling across multiple entities
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, comfortable building and auditing models from scratch
• Experience in a listed company environment is preferred
• A self starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and managing multiple deadlines in a lean, fast moving team
