Administrative & Financial Manager

BSL International, an international company based in Dubai, specialized in the management and coordination of international operations, is looking for a Finance Manager capable of handling both Administrative & Financial Manager (RAF/CFO-level) responsibilities and Senior Accountant duties.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

🔹 Administrative & Financial Management

Preparation and monitoring of budgets

Cash flow management and optimization

Cash-flow forecasting

Reporting to management

Margin and profitability analysis by business activity

Structuring of international financial flows

Relationship management with banks and financial partners

Supervision of audits when required

🔹 Operational Accounting — Hands-on mandatory

Full bookkeeping management

Issuing and tracking client invoices

Monitoring collections and following up on unpaid invoices

Bank reconciliations

Supplier management and payments

Intercompany management

Monthly and annual closings

Tax filings and local compliance in the UAE

Preparation of financial statements

🌍 Environment

Company registered in Dubai

International business activity

Interaction with partners in Europe and the Middle East

👤 Required Profile

Minimum 7 years of experience in finance / accounting

Experience in an international environment

Advanced Excel skills

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Salary
