SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ( Tally Expert )

Key Responsibilities

• | Manage complete accounting operations using Tally Prime. | Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, journals, and books of accounts. | Prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Trial Balance, and other financial reports. | Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). | Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. | Process payroll, staff reimbursements, and expense tracking. | Prepare and file UAE VAT returns. | Assist with UAE Corporate Tax compliance, preparation, and filings. | Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities. | Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation. | Generate management reports and financial analysis. | Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting regulations. | Maintain proper financial records and transaction documentation in accordance with UAE AML (Anti-Money Laundering), VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance requirements. |

Requirements

• | Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE. | Highly expert in Tally Prime software (Mandatory). | Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations. | Good understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. | Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. | Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. | Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. | Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. |

Preferred

| Dubai/UAE accounting experience. | Experience handling full-cycle accounting and financial reporting. | Proficiency in English and Hindi/Urdu. | Candidates with strong Tally Prime expertise and accounting experience from Delhi, India, will be highly preferred. | Immediate joiners preferred. | Important Note: | Tally Prime expertise is the key requirement for this position.
