Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tax & Accounting Consultant to join our professional consultancy team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for providing accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and financial advisory services to our clients across the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, Corporate Tax requirements, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Services

• Manage complete accounting and bookkeeping activities for clients.
• Maintain daily financial records, journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets.
• Perform bank reconciliation and financial analysis.
• Assist clients with accounting setup and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE accounting practices.

VAT Services

• Assist clients with UAE VAT registration and deregistration processes.
• Prepare and submit VAT registration applications.
• Handle VAT return preparation and filing.
• Review VAT transactions and ensure proper VAT compliance.
• Provide VAT consultation and guidance to clients.
• Support clients during VAT audits and queries.

Corporate Tax Services

• Assist clients with UAE Corporate Tax registration.
• Provide guidance regarding Corporate Tax requirements and compliance.
• Support in Corporate Tax return preparation and filing.
• Review financial records for tax compliance.
• Advise clients on tax-related matters and documentation requirements.

Client Consultancy & Support

• Communicate with clients regarding accounting and tax requirements.
• Understand client business activities and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and financial recommendations.
• Stay updated with UAE tax laws and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in UAE accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in business consultancy or accounting firms.
• Knowledge of UAE Free Zone, Mainland, and SME business requirements.
• Experience handling VAT & Tax registration applications.
